Shipping policy

Products purchased from theenchantedroseemporium.com will be shipped within 3-5 business days from Vancouver, WA via United States Postal Service by either First Class or Priority Mail.  Shipping will be to the address you provide during check out, so please ensure you have entered your shipping address correctly.  We are not responsible for replacing items shipped to the address you requested if you have made a mistake in your shipping address. Tracking information will be provided when it is available to the email address you provided during check out.  The Enchanted Rose Emporium is not responsible for products once USPS has taken possession of them.  Misdirected, missing or damaged items should be addressed with USPS referencing the tracking number.  However, please contact us if you do have a problem with your order and we will see if there is anything we might be able to do to assist you.
